RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – RELIVA

We want you to feel confident shopping with Reliva.
If you’re not satisfied with your order or you ordered the wrong size, no problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Disclaimer:
All items purchased during special promotions (e.g., Anniversary Sales) are final sale and are non-refundable. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on discounted products.


RETURNS – 4 EASY STEPS

Step 1:
Send an email to info@reliva.us and our team will send you a Return Form.
Please read the conditions on the Return Form carefully before sending the product back to our return center.

Step 2:
Fill out the Return Form completely.

Step 3:
Ship your item(s) along with the completed Return Form to the address provided on the form.
As the sender, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Make sure the package includes a Track & Trace code for safe delivery.

Step 4:
Once we receive the package and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Note: A $10 administration fee will be deducted for each item returned.


EXCHANGES – FOR SIZE ISSUES (4 EASY STEPS)

Step 1:
Send an email to info@reliva.us, including your order number and the size you would like instead.
You will receive an Exchange Form.

Step 2:
Fill out the Exchange Form completely.

Step 3:
Ship your item(s) along with the completed Exchange Form to the address provided on the form.
Ensure the package has a Track & Trace code.

Step 4:
Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the correct size to you FREE of charge.


EXCHANGES – FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (4 EASY STEPS)

Step 1:
Send an email to info@reliva.us with photos or a short video of the defective/damaged product and a brief explanation of the issue.

Step 2:
Our team will review and validate the issue.

Step 3:
Once the validation is approved, we will send you a FREE replacement order.

Step 4:
Our customer service team will provide you with the tracking information for your replacement so you can monitor its delivery.


REFUND AMOUNT & NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

  • Refunds are issued for the product price only (after discounts).

  • Tips/gratuities added at checkout are optional and non-refundable.

  • Shipping fees, gift wrap, and other service charges are also non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • If the return is due to Reliva’s fault (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), Reliva covers the return shipping cost.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • You must request and include the Return Form in your package.

  • Packages sent back without a completed Return Form may experience delays in processing.
