Conditions for Returns:
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.
Items must show no signs of use or wear.
A Track & Trace code must be included for all return shipments.
The sender is responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.
Once we receive your returned goods in good condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves on fast order processing. Because of this, once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Damaged or Defective Products
Although we strive to deliver top-quality products, on rare occasions you may receive a defective or damaged product.
If this happens, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service at info@reliva.us and send proof of the defect or damage (a photo or a short video).
Once we receive the evidence, our team will forward it to the relevant department for validation.
After validation, we will send you a FREE replacement order.
Once your replacement has been shipped, our customer service will provide you with the new tracking information.
Note: According to our company policy, customers are not required to return the defective/damaged item. We provide a free replacement in such cases.

To track your order:
Enter your order number and email address via the tracking link provided.
Please note:
Tracking information becomes available once your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier.
Occasional delays or temporary tracking errors may occur, even if your package is already in transit.
Failed Deliveries / Uncollected Packages
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the package from the designated pickup location within the carrier’s specified time frame (usually 5–7 days), Reliva is not responsible for the uncollected package. In such cases, refunds cannot be provided.
